Nick Gibson

Nick Gibson is a former major crimes prosecutor and seasoned trial attorney who has dedicated his legal career to fighting for justice on behalf of victims. He began his legal career at the Second Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he prosecuted violent crimes including homicides, armed robberies, and sexual assaults. Promoted to the Major Crimes Division in under one year, Nick served as lead counsel in over 25 felony jury trials.

After relocating to Texas, Nick joined Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors in Dallas as a Senior Associate. There, he served as managing attorney for the Dallas office and lead counsel in several high-profile litigations, including representing one of the nation’s largest non-profits with over 5 million members in complex civil proceedings brought by the District of Columbia Attorney General and securing a $10 million settlement in a multi-year trade secret and fiduciary duty case. He also developed IP portfolios for hospitality clients and represented executives in shareholder disputes.

Now based in Denver, Nick is a partner at Lampert & Walsh, where he focuses his practice on personal injury, mass tort, and business litigation.

Nick is a member of the Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, and Washington State Bars. He is also an active member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Denver Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Texas Bar Association, the New Mexico Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
